Goal of project: Using Risk Management, create an operational “playbook” for major exogenous risk events as experienced in COVID-19’s impact on retail operations
Methodologies employed: Analyzed Marco’s operations using our unique and proprietary “Six P’s” approach:
- Product, Price, Promotion, Place PLUS People and Process
- Used industry leading process ZMET to find control points for operational control
- Employed Targeted Customer Study in fast food/fast casual space using learning, behavioral and emotional constructs, and customer mapping
- Defined Branding touch points
- Identified operational critical path in exogenous threat circumstances
Quantifiable results: Created process map for ordering and deliver under exogenous threat environments and dentified model optimization for customer service
Key takeaway: Assured Analytiqs created a superior process and instilled that process into an easily understandable “playbook” format for use at its 1,158 retail store fronts.
